Data Deletion

SmartQuarry Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Quarry platform. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and what happens when you do. If you only need to delete a specific piece of data, or you're not sure what to ask for, contact us and we'll help.

• Quarry account holders — businesses and their team members who use Quarry.
• Individuals whose information we processed on a customer's behalf — for example, if you submitted a lead form (including a Facebook or Instagram lead ad) and your contact details were captured in a Quarry customer's account.

You can request deletion in either of these ways:

• Use our contact form and choose "Data deletion request" as the subject; or
• Email us at privacy@smartquarry.ai with the subject "Data deletion request".

Please include the email address and/or phone number associated with your data so we can locate the right records. If your information was submitted to a specific business through their ad or form, you may also ask that business directly — they control that data, and Quarry acts as their service provider.

• We verify the request to make sure we're acting on a legitimate instruction and not deleting the wrong person's data.
• We delete the personal information we hold about you, and instruct our service providers to do the same, within 30 days.
• We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.

In some cases we may keep limited information after a deletion request, only where it's necessary and permitted by law — for example:

• records we're required to retain for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance, including consent and communication logs kept for a minimum period to meet real estate and telemarketing (TCPA/DNC) rules;
• information needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements; and
• anonymized or aggregated data that no longer identifies you.

If we received your information because you submitted a Facebook or Instagram lead form, everything above applies — you can request deletion using the methods listed here. You may also contact the business whose ad you responded to, since they are the owner of that lead data and Quarry processes it on their behalf.
